Beyond that, he was a wealth of knowledge and always eager to answer our questions. He went above and beyond to organize any last minute details and kept us informed always. Beyond being a funny person, Wilbert is kind and an awesome human being. He's a guide we were lucky to have :).

Both Rene + Alex were amazing guides, very knowledgeable, patient & kind. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Only feedback is we were with a group of 12 people who were together & should have been on their own & not with us. My patience was lost on them.

Our friend had his luggage delayed by the airline-not-us-and I feel he was unfairly required to rent equipment while you could have provided as a service. Also, we heard about the airfare for the high season just a few days before the trip which we could have heard about months ago you would have already known about when we booked. All at all...a great trip! Thanks!
