The guide was excellent, food was excellent, and all services provided were excellent. Porters seemed happy and were very genial. The only issue was that one of the tents had a very bad zipper, my porter hag had a bad zipper as well.

Our friend had his luggage delayed by the airline-not-us-and I feel he was unfairly required to rent equipment while you could have provided as a service. Also, we heard about the airfare for the high season just a few days before the trip which we could have heard about months ago you would have already known about when we booked. Nico was excellent! Recommend that you help tourists with altitude sickness more (needs or increased access to oxygen). I really struggled but Nico + Liberto (Spanish - a porter) were very helpful. They were very flexible about changing our campsite on Day 2 after dead woman's pass.

Guides and porters were fantastic. Food exceeded expectations. Guest could be told the weight of the sleeping bag when given the option to rest. I would have preferred to bring my own sleeping bag because it is much easier to put away.
