Amazing experience!!!!!~~!
Oh my goodness, I had an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we booked the trip with Aracely, we were greeted by our super friendly and knowledgeable guide, Carlos Caceres. This camping trip is a must-do if you’re looking for a hassle-free way to explore real villages away from the crowds. The camping equipment they provided was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious! Every day was a different dish, and I couldn’t believe how well they cook in the wild. A huge shoutout to Gregorio, our cook, the porteros, Carmelo, Valentin and Fausto for their hard work and dedication. Carlos Caceres was an absolute gem as our guide. He allowed us to move at our own pace, especially after climbing 4000 meters, and was always prepared for any emergency. His knowledge of the region’s flora and fauna was truly impressive, and he always gave us a full explanation of everything we saw. And let’s not forget his cultural and historical insights in Machu Picchu! It was truly awe-inspiring. Overall, our expectations were far exceeded, and we had an amazing time. If you’re planning your next adventure, I highly recommend Carlos for your guide. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had a wonderful trip in Peru, travelling together with 14 others whom met only while we were in the trip. Rolly was our guide. He is a walking encyclopaedia of Peru. We learned so much about Peru, past and presence. He is kind, considerate, straightforward and witty. He often went beyond to keep the whole group happy and enjoyable. It is clear that he is passionate about his ancestry his country and his job as a tour guide. The trip had been much more enjoyable with Rolly as our guide. Amongst the many tour guides I had experienced, Rolly is by far the best.

Amazing Peru
We spent the first leg of the tour "Ultimate Southh American Adventure" with 13 days in Peru. We were given an amazing experience in sight seeing as well as learning the ancient history, getting to know the everyday life of the local and the indigeneous people. An unforgettable Machu Picchu journey, made exceptional by our guide Luis
Our experience with Valencia Travel for the 2-day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu was overall excellent, and truly unforgettable. The booking process was smooth and easy. The team stayed attentive and responsive throughout, although we had a small hiccup with communication when we arrived in Cusco, since we needed to coordinate on a Sunday and their office was closed. It caused a minor delay, but nothing major. The highlight of our entire trip was our guide, Luis. He was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing his culture. He kept a positive attitude throughout, took time to explain everything in detail, and made sure we were comfortable with breaks along the way. He also turned out to be an amazing photographer, capturing incredible photos and videos that we’ll treasure. The hike itself was beautiful and very manageable if you have a moderate level of fitness. Entering through Inti Punku, the Sun Gate, and seeing Machu Picchu for the first time was simply breathtaking, a truly majestic experience. Everything else was very well organized. The meals were delicious, the restaurants selected were great, and the hotel was simple but clean and comfortable. Even on the return journey, everything was seamless, Luis gave us clear instructions, and there was always someone waiting for us at each point. Overall, Valencia Travel delivered a very well-organized trip, but what truly made it exceptional was Luis. I would 100% recommend requesting him as your guide for this experience.

Fabulous Peru !
A fabulous 10 day visit staying in Lima, Cusco, Aguas Callientes, and Puño. Got to my dream destination of Machu Picchu, but so many more wonderful experiences along the way. Our tour guide, Claudio Andia , was superb… funny, kind , caring ,patient , extra knowledgeable , well organised. His attention to every single detail was beyond my expectations, and he was especially helpful with sorting out my dietary requirements. Hotels were good, extra excursions well worth doing. Amazing trip from start to finish
We had an amazing trip from start to finish. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special mention has to go to the porters – they were truly fantastic. Their hard work throughout didn’t go unnoticed. The chef was incredible as well. The food was not only delicious but there was always plenty of it – we were genuinely impressed by the quality and variety, especially given the setting. And finally, Luis, our guide, was fab. Stunning Peru
We travelled throughout Peru for 13 days. Peru is one of the most breathtaking countries I have been to. We were so lucky to have Eduardo as our tour leader. He was so knowledgeable, extremely organised and passionate about Peru – he made our experience unforgettable! Ultimate South American with Valencia Travel Service
Our group spent two weeks in Peru. Our main guide was Edward from Valencia Travel Service. His experience and significant knowledge of all of the sites we visited was great. He also helped us with any issues which arose and pointed out the best places to visit and eat at our stopovers. Edward was ably assisted by other guides, in particular Luis who came to a number of sites with us, as well as Urbano and Victor in Puerto Maldonado, and Miguel in Puno. Our group had a great time visiting incredible Inca sites, as well as experiencing the local culture and food. We were sad to say farewell to Edward (and Peru) after the two weeks. Memorable experience
This is our first time visit Peru via Tripadeal. Our tour was guided by Claudio Andia. He was a very experienced and knowledgeable tour leader, he talk about the history of the past, how his ancestors the Inca living and way of life and he knows the areas very well. Best experience with the BEST guide!!!!
Had THE most incredible experience seeing incredible sites. But what made the tour so outstanding was our guide Claudio. If there’s ONE recommendation I can give, ask for Claudio. Not to say the other guides are not good, but truly, sincerely, he is THE BEST OF THE BEST. He goes above and beyond with the most gentle and professional service we have ever experienced. Amazing 10 day Peru trip
Whole tour was amazing. Multiple Inca Temples, Machu Picchu, Cusco, Lake Titikaka, and especially the group we happened to be put with. Our tour guide for the trip, Claudio Andia was very informative and knowledgeable on the sites we went to, or passed on the way to other places. Along with being very friendly and helpful to the group, including personally going up to everyone every morning to ask how they were, checking on people with altitude issues regularly, and moving partners onto the same trail for Machu Picchu which must have been a nightmare. Weather was beautiful pretty much the whole time, just slight rain here and there, but didn’t impact is at all. And the food was fabulous 95% of the time. I would say the only real downside was the long (and sometimes winding) drives we took, but that had to be done to get to the good spots. Overall 9.5-10, would do again.

A great experience!
A group of us from Australia were on a TripADeal tour with various guides. When we arrived in Cusco we met Mariella, who would be with us for about 6 days all up. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Part of a Trip A Deal tour. 1 st day Sacred Valley- solo as rest of group put on later plane from Lima. My Guide was not very interested & had me at my hotel in Urubamba by 1130- no breakfast or lunch. The remaining 3 days with Claudio as our tour guide were extremely good, he is passionate, knowledgeable and very involved about Inca history – we had a great time.

Hiking to Machu Pucchu
Juan Collado was our guide with our hike to Machu Picchu with Valencia travel. He did a great job explaining the trek and kept us well informed of what was ahead of us. Peru Machu Pichu Cuzco and Lima tour very interesting and fun
The tour was marvellous and to see such ancient sacred sights up close and personal was amazing. Walking the paths of so many previous occupants of the beautiful Andes was a thrill. The tours in their completeness were action packed but worth the effort. Our stops were very informative and our guest speakers spoke amazing English which added to our interests. Our guide Jose was very knowledgeable about the beautifully preserved Inca Sacred valley and Machu Pichu itself. Jose was an extremely polite host and guide, he was very conscious of the varying age gaps of our group and made sure the pace was adjusted to suit all. Amazing Peru
We went on a 12 day tour of Peru which was fantastic. Our tour manager Oscar could not be faulted. He was organised, patient, knowledgeable and extremely proud of his country. Valencia travel experience
We are coming to the end of a trip booked through Trip a deal in Australia that subcontracted Valencia tours. We had local tour guides in Lima (Erica), Puerto Maldonado (Samuel) Machu Picchu (Cosmo) and Puno (angel). Our driver was Richard. The tour was led by Oscar in Peru for 13 days. I could not fault any of the tour guides. Their knowledge of their local areas was exceptional. They were flexible with our needs and we learnt so much from each tour. Oscar was with us every step of the way, ensuring that the extensive travel plans ran smoothly. Down to boarding passes, transfers, information about the local culture/restaurant recommendations/available bathrooms/how much we should be paying for things. He was thorough with his plans and information and overall added so much value to our experience. The tour leader could make or break a trip like this and he certainly made it easy for us in all aspects. I would highly recommend all of the tour guides and the trip in general.

Hard! Amazing!
First, let me just say this is not for the feint-hearted. This is the hardest thing I've ever done, and if you aren't a marathon runner who's spent 4 days in Cusco acclimatising, you will think you are going to die. However, it was amazing! There is so much on the trek that's just as interesting as Machu Picchu (except smaller, but some are huge), then you get Machu Picchu as well. The food (by Wilfredo) was great, the porters were incredible and Juan the guide knew everything about everything we passed, there was not one question he could not answer,

Famtastische privé hike Incatrail naar Machu Picchu
We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met gids Henry. Naast alle prachtige details die hij met ons deelde over waar we lans liepen was hij ook een ware motivator tijdens de hike (omhoog was erg pittig!) Tijdens de hike naar Machu Picchu maar ook de dag erna kon hij ons geweldig meenemen in de historie van de Inca's, geen vraag van ons was te veel. Na de hike nam Henry ons mee naar een heerlijk lokaal restaurant, mooi om samen zo de dag af te sluiten. Kortom, een ervaring om niet te vergeten!

Our tour guide Mariela was excellent. She made our trip exceptional. Having had other tour guides from this company and others in Peru Mariela outshines all the other guides. An unforgettable day with our exceptional guide Elizabeth
Our visit to Machu Picchu was truly one of the most extraordinary days of our lives and that was largely thanks to our wonderful guide, Elizabeth. From the moment we met her, she brought warmth, knowledge and genuine passion to every part of the experience. Her storytelling made the history of the Incas come alive in a way that felt deeply personal and meaningful. Learning about the Inca messenger runners carrying knotted rope messages across the Andes, the spiritual beliefs represented by the condor, puma and snake, and the traditions honouring Pachamama (Mother Earth) added such depth to the visit. Elizabeth shared history with such clarity and enthusiasm, but she also had a beautiful way of weaving in personal stories about her mother and grandmother, helping us understand the cultural traditions that still exist in Peru today. It made the entire experience feel authentic and deeply connected to the land we were standing on. When we reached our first breathtaking view of Machu Picchu, Elizabeth allowed us time to pause and absorb the moment before guiding us through the site with fascinating insights about its construction, history and rediscovery. Her knowledge was exceptional, yet she shared it in such a natural and engaging way that it never felt like a lecture, more like walking through history with a friend who truly loves what she does. She also made sure we noticed the small details we might otherwise have missed, from the water mirrors in the House of the Chosen Women to the incredible engineering used by the Incas to shape the stones and build the city. By the end of the day we felt not only that we had seen Machu Picchu, but that we had truly understood its story. Elizabeth is an extraordinary guide, knowledgeable, thoughtful, passionate and kind. Fabulous Macchu Picchu visit
This was a once in a lifetime bucket list opportunity for my partner . The day started with the Observatory Train ride (separate review). On disembarking we were met by Elizabeth from Valencia Tours. We took the classic route 1&2 routes. She was friendly polite and most important of all knowledgable she see multiple methods of getting over the information, but not in a traditional stuffy guide way- she used personal reflection and knowledge to bring Macchu Picchu to life thereby enhancing the visit even further she was happy to take photos to ensure we had the best of memories of our visit. This tour and particularly Elizabeth are highly recommended.

Great holiday with great people
We have been fortunate to have been cared for by such professional, considerate and “tolerant” guides and other Tripadeal team members in general. We have just completed a lengthy period with Claudio Andia who epitomised the above. No question, no matter how “ridiculous”, was treated with respect and understanding, understanding that a group of older people can be easily confused and lack an understanding of the cultural and other values of a foreign country. The guides’ local knowledge in particular and their general understanding of the culture and customs of each specific region, was conveyed in an appropriate and sensitive manner. Claudio in particular demonstrated all the positive attributes that makes a long tour so enjoyable and interesting.

I signed up with Trip A Deal out of Australia and Valencia Travel handled the Peru part of our trip Ronald Quispe Farfan was our guide. He was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, kind, caring and went over and above to handle all types of people and situations. Best guide I have ever had. Helped me retrieve my prescription glasses went I unknowingly left them on a bus. He called around immediately and arranged for them to be returned the very next day. He offered incredible service and no judgement on any request that was made. He handled a difficult client and made arrangements that worked for everyone. Was very impressed. He never shared personal details of other travelers but kept us informed and up to date on all information that was pertinent for our travel and well being. The wonders of Peru from the mountains to the jungle!
We had a fantastic time in Peru. The trip was made all the better by our tour guide Rolly. His and his colleagues extensive knowledge of the country and there dedication to helping the tour group allowed us to get the most out of a busy schedule. The tours obviously highlights of Machu Picchu, Titicaca and Colca canyon where superb and where managed very well. A personal favourite for us was the La Raya pass train ride from Cusco To Puno which was an amazing day. Our tour finished with 4 days in the InkaTerra jungle lodge and that Amazon adventure will be hard to top. The hotel lived up to its 5 star rating and the jungle flora and fauna was on full display. A fantastic way to end a great holiday. Would recommend this trip to others and would highly recommend Rolly as a top guide and a really nice guy.

It was a memorable trip
We are extremely happy with our guide, Henry. Knowledgeable, engaging, and motivating. He took everyone in the group into consideration. The cook, Felix, was very skilled. Carlos knows his stuff.
We were incredibly lucky to have Carlos as our guide for three days during our time in Cusco and the Sacred Valley, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better. From the very first pickup, Carlos was warm, professional and completely organised. He has a deep knowledge of Inca and pre-Inca history, and he explains it in a way that makes everything come alive — not just dates and stones, but real stories about the people, the culture and how it all connects to modern Peru. Over the three days he guided us through places like Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, the Cathedral in Cusco, Pisaq and Ollantaytambo, and every site felt richer because of his insights. He paced everything perfectly for us (we’re in our 60s and appreciated that!), gave us time to explore, and somehow always positioned us in the right place at the right time. Carlos was patient with our many questions, had a great sense of humour, and made us feel completely comfortable the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. If you’re visiting Cusco and the Sacred Valley, do yourself a favour and request Carlos. A truly five-star experience.

Rolly was a fantastic tour manager
We went on a tour with Newmarket for a three week holiday in South America. We spent one week in Peru under the supervision of Rolly. He was very knowledgable and was very well organised taking care of everything and giving us handouts. Beware of the high altitude in Cusco unfortunately it made my partner ill and made the decision to return to Lima. Rolly was giving great advice days before what you can do to avoid altitude sickness but we decided not to continue as we would be going higher. Rolly was in daily contact with us making sure we were ok and we met up again when the group returned to Lima. The only thing was some of the itinerary could have been tweaked as sometimes it is full on. We had a 4am start to go to Machu Pichu which was great as we missed the crowds and was an amazing experience. The day before could have been more relaxing as we spent four hours travelling there and back to a remote village to learn about the different variety of potatoes. We were late getting to Ollantaytambo and did not have time to look around and looked an interesting place. We could have spent more time there as it was far from our hotel.

Gorgeous Cusco Delights
We enjoyed the “sexy woman” ruins and view of Cusco below. Edward gave us a comprehensive understanding of the skills and culture of the Inca people . The city tour ensuing was insightful especially the Cathedral. Again Edward has great knowledge of the art work inside and the Inca influence still operating at the time of the Spanish Invasion. There was also an incident where he calmly retraced a phone for a traveller who had inadvertently left it at the Lama farm (previous stop) and organised its return to the ever grateful recipient. He also recommended restaurants and cafes for dinner.

It was very well planned and we had no difficulties.
We were a large group, 21 people. Maria did all our booking and helping us plan. We had several valencia guides/interpreters. Adrian guided us around Lima for a day. Very helpful. Ronald was our guide for machu picchu. He took care of us like family. Extremely knowledgeable on the Inca and their history. Friendly in every reguard. I would do this whole trip again.
