Tackling Gender Inequality in Peru

In Peru, gender inequality remains a pressing challenge, with thousands of women facing daily struggles simply because of their gender. We recognize our responsibility to be part of the solution.

That’s why we have set a bold mission: to double the number of women leaders and travel experts in our operations.
We also work to close the gender pay gap, fostering open conversations and setting measurable goals to ensure fairness and transparency.

Since 2020, we have achieved equal gender representation among our official company spokespersons, better reflecting the diversity of the society we serve.

In our Andean communities in Cusco, we are dedicated to empowering women by improving job opportunities, training, and overall quality of life , creating lasting change from the ground up.
